| A day in Darul Huda | ||

The life style of a studnets in the Academy is according to the Islamic traditions and holy sunnah of the Prophet, Peace be upon him. So Darul Huda wakes up at 5 am to a prosperous day. All the inmates thanks the Almighty, as they get up, who gave them rebirth after the sound sleep. At first all of them gather at the Darul Huda Masjid to perform their prayer (Subah Namaz). After that, at least a part of the holy Qur’an is recited by each of them for half of an hour in order to broaden their horizon of knowledge.
All the students of Darul Huda attend the classes before 7.45 am after taking the bath and break fast. Thus the first period of a day begins. Academy has arranged 9 periods of 45 minutes in a day. Essential leisure time is allowed in between them. Half of an hour of break is allowed at 10 am after the first three continuous periods. The forenoon classes include three periods before the lunch-break at 1pm to 2 pm. And the mid-day prayer (Zuhr Namaz) is performed at this time.
The after noon session, from 2pm to 4.30 pm, covers three periods. After the prayer (Asar Namaz) the time for recreation and leisure is allowed up to dusk. While the junior students spend the evening for games and playing matches, the seniors care for physical training and so on.
All
the students and staffs gather at the mosque about 15 minutes before the
sunset and immerse in Tasbeehs and the prayer (Magrib Namaz)
is performed unanimously. The
time after Magrib is for repetition and preparation. The students do their
assignments, home works, repeat the lessons and clarify their doubts at
this time. At 9 pm. the prayer (Isha Namaz) and Haddad are performed. After supper all the inmates of DHIA go to their beds at 10.30pm.
The pupils of Darul Huda follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) in their day-to-day life. The systems in bedrooms, dining halls and all other parts of the institution are arranged in accordance with the traditional Islamic way.
On Mondays, the last three periods are allowed to conduct literary clubs. These clubs help the students develop their literal abilities and to practice and develop speeches in different languages.
